Best buy on the intranets. There’s not many things you can purchase nowadays that are affordable, work as advertised, and function as designed right out of the box.My wife and I live in an older home on septic. Not wanting to use liquid drain cleaners, we decided to give the tub shroom a try. What a perfect solution. We were so impressed, we decided to try the sink shroom in our utility sink that our washer empties into. We use metal washing machine lint traps and I thought that they were doing a pretty good job. I have to change them out at least once a month. On a whim, we tried the shrink shroom in the utility sink. Wow! Now, the lint traps do fairly well, but I couldn’t believe what the sink shroom was picking out after the lint trap. Who knows how many years this will add to our septic system, not to mention not having to snake the drains.Today, as I am writing this, just got finished snaking the bathroom sink. Promptly ordered another sink shroom.

I purchased 2 tub shrooms about a year ago and I absolutely love them! I have long curly hair that is constantly shedding everywhere and I’ve never had to deal with a slow draining or clogged tub/ shower… so when I recently noticed that my sink was draining very slowly I knew that the sink shroom would be the perfect Solution. The only negative thing I can say about the sink shroom is that if your sink drain currently has a built-in stopper you are going to have to ask hubby to go underneath the sink and remove it before you can install you sick shroom, unless you have a little bit of Plumbing skills yourself… overall this these little rubber stoppers are an amazing durable product and I think everyone should own a few 😁

Our daughters’ sinks clog easily, and this has been a lifesaver! They’re so easy to clean and will prevent further hair clogs in the drain. The only negative I’ve seen is that the drain is open when you pull this out to clean it, leaving the potential for someone to drop an earring or ring into the drain, but that risk is worth not having to fish out a soggy, ferret-looking clog of hair every few months!

These are awesome for keeping hair from clogging your sink. My bathroom sinks get clogged every few months and I need to have a plumber unclog them. These have worked for a year so far. Just take them out, clean off the hair and gunk and put them back in.The only bad thing is they are rubber so they don’t look as nice but at least my sinks work again.

I was a little skeptical at first but after several months I am surprised by how well this product works. I have long hair and shed a lot so when I go through my morning routine more than several hair tend to fall into the bathroom sink. While I have long hair my husband tends to drop little bit of hair from grooming. The shroom catches both the short and long hair. Before we got the Shroom the water seems to drain slowly but after we put in the shroom the water have been draining quickly. I still don’t understand the mechanical of this little device and how it works so well. The cleaning is just as easy as removing it and taking the gunk out. Thank you SinkShroom for this amazing product.

We had a problem with our bathroom sink’s stopper so we removed it and replaced it with this sink shroom. We already use the tub shroom and absolutely love it, so we assumed the sink shroom would be the same…and we were right. The fit was perfect and it saved at least two sets of earrings from falling down the drain (we have kittens in their teenage stage that like to be super naughty). Honestly, we never use the stopper function of our bathroom sinks, so we may replace all of them with sink shrooms!

The Sink Shroom arrived quickly. It fit the sink. It helps keep the drain running. We have an older sink and it was difficult to find a strainer that worked with our sink. This one is flexable and fits well. You just remove it and clean it when the drain starts to drain slower. I would recommend it.

First of all, I absolutely love the sink shroom. It works. We never had a clogged drain! I replaced the first one after 2 1/2 years because it started to look disgusting. Luckily the part that you see (what sticks out of the sink) always looks presentable but the part that goes in the sink turned black and slimy. For this reason, I bought a new one. About 6 months after I installed the new sink shroom, we started to have trouble with the sink backing up and we noticed that it was in worse condition than the first one was when I threw it away. It took me awhile to figure it out, but I think it is because we switched to bar soap. The bar soap left a lot of residue which plugged up the holes that the water flows through to get down the drain. Since it retained so much water, it got dirty and slimy much, much, much quicker. I am purchasing the stainless steel one (with my fingers crossed) and switching back to liquid hand soap.

Yep, it keeps stuff outta the drain quite well. My daughter’s sink didn’t have anything over the drain, and she lost something down it that stopped it up so solidly I had to use a snake to fix it. Now that won’t ever happen again. I’m very impressed with how easy to use it was. I put one in my bathroom sink, and one of the fancier ones in my daughter’s bathroom sink.It does, however, have a problem with letting water drain out of the sink. If you use a trickle, no problem. But as soon as you use any meaningful amount of water, it starts backing up. I have found that if I pull it out when the water is high and immediately put it back in, the vacume will suck rest of the water out of the sink quickly. But I really hate doing that all the time.I will keep using it till I find something better.Addendum: The day I wrote this the thing started working perfectly! My spouse thought I had cleaned it or something – but all I had done was written a bad review! I guess “telepathy” should be written into the goofy contraption’s description! I really don’t know what happened, but now it’s working like a charm. I gave it 2 more stars.

Seems to be working well and is an improvement over the tiny mesh basket style I had before. Slimy spit from brushing teeth still gets hung up and can slow down the drain, but way less than the basket as the holes are pretty big. I try to flush with extra water when I think it might get hung up. I would probably pull it out to hock a loogie or expect to be pulling it off later along with the hair. Seems like a winner!
